Lake Charlotte/Mud Lake Bayou
The Charlotte/MLB Loop is an iconic HCC paddle, one of the best of the year, featuring the beautiful run through Mud Lake Bayou (MLB) connecting Lake Miller and Mud Lake.
Overall, it’s a roughly 10-mile trip deep into the inner sanctum of the cypress swamp. Out and back from the Trinity Bridge (West Bank) involving at least 6 different venues—Trinity River, Lake Pass, Lake Miller, Miller South Channel (lunch), MLB, Mud Lake and Lake Charlotte.
Distance: 10 Miles.
Time: Approx 7 Hrs.
Class: Level 2 Moderately Strenuous. Restrictions: No children under 16. No Pets.
