We will meet at the US 90 boat ramp. This is at US 90 and the Brazos, just east of Altair. The ram

A roughly 27 mile paddle on an interesting section of the Colorado. This section contains no unusual hazards, other the occasional sweeper, and possibly a bit of motorboat traffic. This is a good section of birding, mussels, and fossils.

Note that this section has the luxury feature of actual concrete boat ramps at both ends of the route!

Shuttle details will be worked out as we get the attendees list sorted. Let's try to meet around 0700, to take advantage of the little bit of cool in the morning.
