Commodore Bob Naeger called the meeting to order. Currently serving officers present were Mr. Naeger, Newsletter Editor John Rich, Boatswain Paul Woodcock, Fleet Captain Natalie Wiest, and Recorder Frank Ohrt. Purser Kent Walters was present by telephone. Also present were newly elected officers for 2020: Vice Commodore Christy Long, Boatswain Alice Nissen, and Fleet Captain Bruce Bodson. (Ms. Wiest will be serving as Commodore, so she was there twice.)

Mr. Naeger began the meeting by reviewing the club’s corporate structure and governance. He then went over the club constitution, article by article. It took a while, and there was much discussion, but everyone had a much better idea of how the club works, and what all the officers’ duties are.

Mr. Naeger adjourned the meeting, and we all left tired but very well informed.
