Speaker:    Paul Comstock
Description:

In October, Paul Comstock, a long time HASK member will share with us the experience of his numerous paddling trips along New York State’s hundreds of miles of canals. He has paddled all of the Champlain, Seneca, Oswego and Erie Canals covering over 450 miles.

Paul will have lots of visuals for us. He will describe the canals and the most opportune times to visit them. He’ll tell us about how to plan a trip there and point out interesting things to see and do along the routes.

Paul carefully researches history beforehand and feels this enhances his trips. He will include some canal history in his presentation, too.

As you can see, this promises to be a really interesting presentation! We hope you will join us for it.
