Is the Allen's Landing restaurant still open? I remember it was a good place by the river to dine. Maybe we can have some club gathering done there if the restaurant is still open.
Louis Aulbach, long-time Houston Canoe Club member and author of several Texas river guidebooks, is being honored by a plaque mounted at the base of one of the bollards at Allen’s Landing Park.
