Every January, many of us eagerly await the Wild and Scenic Film Festival. This year, you can experience the virtual festival in the safety of your own home. It will show on Friday, January 29 at 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Here is what is in store for us:
* Ten short films from North America’s largest environmental film festival, including one that is set in the rapidly vanishing Louisiana marshes play the trailer and an animated film about Caddo Lake play the trailer .
* The top three locally produced films that highlight local environmental treasures and initiatives, as selected by audiences at the Wild About Houston Film Festival this fall.
* A silent auction.
