	ON THE BRAZOS RIVER IN FORT BEND COUNTY NEAR RICHMOND/ROSENBERG

A Great Opportunity for Canoeing & Kayaking

The Knights of Columbus welcomes you to the Race on the Brazos 2011. The Canoe & Kayak race is held on the Brazos River in the Richmond/Rosenberg area.  While the distance is approximately 7.3 miles, the race could be a fast one as well as challenging. It will depend on the height and flow of the river at the time. There will be a portage and a land-to-land, start to finish. It is intended to be a short, fun event, an adventure sprint, or a family outing, for either keen canoe & kayak racers or recreational paddlers. All canoeists & kayakers are invited to the Knights of Columbus Race on the Brazos 2011.
