Description: |
|
Our program for October will feature Rico Torres, president of the Buffalo Bayou Shuttle Service.
Many members of the Houston Canoe Club have paddled Buffalo Bayou, one of Houston's greatest resources and the longest official paddling trail in Texas. The Buffalo Bayou Shuttle Service is Houston's recreational shuttle and is the only company that provides transportation for kayaks, canoes, runners, cyclists, and everyday people just out to explore Buffalo Bayou.
No longer do you have to endure the headache of parking at one location and finding a way back to your vehicle from a different location. The Buffalo Bayou Shuttle Service will gladly pick you up at your final destination and deliver you and your watercraft to a launch point of your choice.
Not only that, Buffalo Bayou Shuttle Service also provides customized and regularly scheduled kayak tours of the bayou for singles, couples and groups.
For more information on the Bayou Shuttle click on www.bayoushuttle.com or call 713-538-RIDE (7433). You can also read some reviews of their service on facebook at www.facebook.com/bayoushuttle.
Come join us for what promises to be a great program on October 13 at 7:00 p.m.
