Cullinan Park at Oyster Creek in Sugar Land. "Led by the Bayou Preservation Association and Houston Parks and Recreation Department, the project represented a public/private partnership, with several organizations involved in the morning-long environmental restoration event. The clean-up was part of the Bayou Preservation Association’s “Project a Month,” which targets area parks and waterways for preservation efforts.
