"The
Joy of Paddling" was the Houston Canoe Club's motto for 2009 and will
be the theme for the first program of 2010. Fleet Captain Donna "Joy"
Grimes will present a slide show of pictures taken during various
paddling trips during 2009. She will also present the 100-Mile Paddler
Awards to all paddlers who have succeeded in paddling 100 miles or more
during 2009.
So come join us on Wednesday, January 13 at 7:00 p.m. and reminisce
through pictures of you paddling, or get inspired by pictures of places
you didn't go but want to in the future! It should be a great program.
And if you are one of the lucky 100 mile paddlers - you can look
forward to receiving your award.
