This is the template for the meeting minutes, as recorded by the Club Recorder, for publication in the newsletter for the benefit of the general membership, and to record club history.

Copy this template each month as a starting point to create the new month's "Last Meeting Minutes" article. If the minutes have not been provided by the recorder, insert this phrase: "The last meeting minutes were unavailable at press time.  They will be added here in the future when the transcription is complete." 

 

The recorder's entries are inserted below.  All the Editor has to do is a series of cut-and-pastes from the Recorder's transcript into this table.
