This common template is provided as a starting point for all news articles.  It is to be copied and re-named to create new articles for specific monthly newsletters.  The purpose is to make consistent the structure, font type and font size amongst all news articles, both within a monthly issue, and over time from month to month.  This comment is to be deleted after it is copied to create a new news article.
