The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.  Officers in attendance were Brent Hwang, Commodore; Tim Brooking, Boatswain; Bob Nager, Purser; Christy Long, Newsletter Editor; Alice Nissen, Recorder. Tom Douglas, Conservation Chairman, and Harmon Everett were in attendance. The last board meeting minutes were approved.

 

Tim gave the boatswain report and stated we gained one new member in November, 11 renewing members, for a total membership of 147. Facebook has 975 members.

 

Bob gave the purser report and stated miscellaneous expenses in November were for the officer shirts and speaker gifts. Income through November was $2550, and expenses were $2300, breakeven for the year. Bob will send an email Christmas week to see if anyone objects to insurance renewal due January 1, 2024. Bob is going to work on cleaning up membership data on Club Express. There are about 650 nonactive members.

 

The upcoming picnic was discussed. So far, 14 people have signed up to attend.
