Description:		Todd Wilkinson, DSO-MS, will enlighten us about the US Coast Guard Auxiliary's AUXPAD (Auxiliary Paddlecraft) program, as well as the boating safety app. The AUXPAD program includes both ashore and afloat operations to help educate the boating public about paddlecraft safety best-practices.
