III. Brazos Bay and Basin Stakeholder Committee’s recommendations to TCEQ.
IV. Brazos access points. On the advice of Cindy Bartos, I will discuss Middle Brazos access points and call on your members to discuss Lower Brazos (Waco to Gulf) access points.
