Dr.Curtis Hightower
Description:
Our presenter for the May 9 meeting is Dr. Curtis Hightower. He is veteran paddler with over 30 years of experience, both whitewater and flat water long distance paddling.  At the coming meeting, he will be discussing his expedition on the Missouri River, from Omaha to Nebraska City and from
Nebraska City to Kansas City.

Some of his other adventures include 2 trips along the north Alaskan coast in the Arctic Ocean, Maine to Nova Scotia, up the west coast of Michigan and others. Plus, he spent 6 years on the Iditarod as a veterinarian!

Obviously, Dr. Hightower has many very interesting stories to tell, and we
sincerely hope he will visit with us again in the future.
