The menu index on the left side of the page has been modified so that the "Join Us" button, now reads "Join HCC":
The Board talked about this and realized that there might be some confusion about "Join Us", as that could refer to joining us at our meetings, or joining us for our pre-meeting dinners. So to clarify, it now says "Join HCC", meaning that this is where you go to find out how to join the club. That link takes you to the sign-up page.
This menu item only displays for the general public, and for members before you sign on with your user-ID. Once signed-on, the "Join HCC" item disappears. The assumption is that if you have an account with which to sign on, then you are already a member and don't need to see how to join.
