About this event

I plan to paddle this event on Saturday!

973 Bridge to Little Webberville Park
Survey leader: Dan Keemahill
We hope the weather allows our survey this month. We will send a notice of cancellation if needed.
This is the "Dog's Paw" section of the river passing Highway 130, the Tesla factory, Onion and Gilleland creeks, gravel pits, and a bald eagle nest. Our observations could be useful in the future with all the planned development upstream and along this section. Please join us!
This section is about 12 miles, so be prepared for a full day of paddling.

We meet at the Austin Water Center for Environmental Research at 8:00 AM.
As a group we will caravan to the Hwy 973 bridge and unload gear.
We will then shuttle the cars to Little Webberville Park.
We will all pile into as few cars as necessary to go back upstream.
We will float together as a group.
