About this event
Lake Ouachita is one of the clearest lakes in Arkansas with hundreds of islands. It is likely we will see very few people there, even on the weekend.
The rough plan is to launch from Ouachita Lake State Park boat ramp on Saturday morning and camp on islands as convenient. Probably average 5 miles per day.
Hope for mild, clear weather.
Prepare for cold weather and rain.
