About this event
A roughly 26.25 mile paddle from US 79 near Hearne to SH 21 near Bryan. This segment of the river has scenic limestone bluffs and few interesting riffles. There are no significant hazards. There is one large sill at about mile 24 that can be a small drop almost clear across the river, with one cut through on far river left.
The put in and take out are moderate, with the put in being pretty easy and the take out being a bit steep.
