It looks like the theme is putting this in as a border for emphasis. There is also a similar line at the bottom of the page.

What's with the strange horizontal skinny block of empty space at the top of each web page? See the attached screen image... Is this something ClubExpress is doing to us, or something we've done to ourselves? If it's unnecessary, as it appears to be, I suggest removing it.
