Trying again - we will meet at the Simonson Biological Field Station.
This will put us in the middle of the two uppermost "moose antlers", or arms, of the lake.

THE PLAN:
We will paddle the shore of the right antler and then drop down to circumnavigate the big island, coming back up to cover the shore of the left antler - probably 4-5 miles.

FORECASTED CONDITIONS:
- 69-83 degF
- Sunny

BRING:
kayak, paddle, PFD, sun protection (long-sleeves, hat, sunglasses, etc.), water or drink with electrolytes, snack, and anything else that will make your experience enjoyable.

DIRECTIONS:
West on Hwy 84 to Beaton Creek Rd. (turn left). This becomes Shuffuld Rd, which ends at the field station.

Meet at 6:00 AM at the Valero Station on Hwy 7 and Hwy 84.
