What: Harris County Flood Resilience Plan Open House Meetings
When: July 14, 20, 27, and 29 at 5:30 to 7:30 PM
Where: Four Different Locations around Harris County, including Bayland Park on July 20
Come learn about and provide input into the Flood Resilience Plan that is being developed by the Harris County Infrastructure Resilience Team, with participation by six different county agencies. The plan, which will be completed in early 2027, focuses on preparedness, collaboration, and equitable approaches to resilience - not on building projects, but on setting a shared direction for the county’s long-term response to flooding, including nature-based solutions.
