Greetings!
In case any of you are looking for a great way to spend Earth Saturday, volunteers are needed to replace the signage for the 19-mile Christmas Bay Paddling Trail. This effort will be sponsored by TPWD, the Christmas Bay Foundation, Brazoria County Parks Department, and the Gulf Coast Rescue Squad.
Volunteers will meet at San Luis Pass Park at 8:00 AM this Saturday and prepare signs for placement. They will then head out in power boats to locate and place the signs on the entire trail. Lunch will be provided by Christmas Bay Foundation, back at San Luis Pass.
If you are interested in participating, please let me know by Thursday so we can get a headcount for lunch!
