Join the annual on-the-water clean up of one of our favorite paddling destinations in the Houston area!
Places for the land-based Trash Bash crew at Armand Bayou are already full, but spots for paddlers are still available. Paddlers will meet up at 8:00 AM at the Bay Area Park boat ramp, 7500 Bay Area Boulevard in Pasadena, TX. To sign up as a paddler, visit the Houston Canoe Club’s Event Calendar at https://thcc.clubexpress.com/content.aspx?page_id=4001&club_id=496051. The Armand Bayou Trash Bash site is sponsored by the Galveston Bay Foundation. The HCC contact person for this event is Tom Douglas.
More details about the Armand Bayou site, including driving directions, are posted on the Trash Bash website. In addition to receiving a t-shirt and a free lunch, you will be eligible to enter the drawing for prizes. You can read a story about last year’s Trash Bash at Armand Bayou HERE.
