This is the first webinar in the 2025 Resilience Series on “Water, the Driving Force of all Nature” that is being offered by the University of Houston’s Hurricane Resilience Research Institute.
Dr. Robert E. Mace will speak on “Water Robustness in a Growing (and Warming…) Texas”. He will address the many factors influencing water robustness in Texas and the practical steps needed to achieve it.
Amin Kiaghadi will review the use of computer modeling of droughts and floods, accurate rainfall datasets, and remote sensing in his presentation on “Modeling Coastal Flooding in Drought-Prone Zones”.
