Hays County announced on March 7 that it has dedicated $3 million from the 2020 Parks and Open Space Bond to the Blue Hole Nature Center in Wimberley, TX. The Center, which will include classrooms, a greenhouse, an aquarium and outdoor learning spaces, will be focused on conservation, education and community engagement. It is located along Cypress Creek, less than a mile upstream from its confluence with the Blanco River.
