Lucy Flores serves as a project manager on the Water Resources team within the Coastal Protection division of the Texas General Land Office and plays a pivotal role in managing the Texas Beach Watch program. She also serves as a project manager with the Texas Coastal Ocean Observation Network, a network which provides critical data on ocean conditions, tides, and environmental changes along the Texas Coast. Her work directly impacts the well-being of coastal communities in Texas and contributes to the sustainable use of the state's natural resources.
