FULL DESCRIPTION: 
This is a 17.5 mile paddle on the Brazos River.  This section is a bit more urban and does not contain any rapids or difficult sections, though there are a couple of fast spots, with boils and eddies..  Plan is to do this in approximately thirds, with nice breaks and time for exploring.  Plan is to meet at US 59 and shuttle up to Tony Becerra Park in Rosenberg to launch.  The launch is pretty easy.  Landing has great parking, but a bit of a walk to the river.

SKILL LEVEL: 
Novice.  Generally flat water, and for one of these paddles, not overly long.  Could be some more interesting things exposed at really low flows though.

FEES:
For any current ACA (American Canoe Association) member, no fees.
For anyone who is not a current ACA member, there is a $5 "Event Membership" to cover insurance expenses
