Event Calendar - Event View

Come enjoy a short paddle from Cedar Hill Park, followed by fellowship and food at the pavilion. We&#39;ll wend our way through the cypress swamp and bayous at a leisurely pace. All level of paddlers are welcome with the caveat that high winds or freezing weather could present challenges. We&#39;ll all be checking the weather for the day and look forward to some holiday spirit and cheer.<br /><br />If you don&#39;t want to paddle, come noonish and join us for the feast.<br /><br />For paddlers the usual caveats apply - must wear PFDs, need to be a member of ACA in addition to Houston Canoe Club or you are assessed a $10 fee. Non HCC members are welcome but the ACA requirement holds if you go on the water.
