A 14 mile bird count paddle on Pickett's Bayou, the Cutoff and Old River. We will meet at the Old River Bridge in Old River at 0730 and shuttle up to the Pickett's Bayou put-in at Trinity River NWR. The trip is not fast paced, but it takes all day counting. There is a countdown dinner at an area restaurant, to go over results.
