CONDITIONS:
Water Level: 4.2 bars (high –paddled through the saddle in the peninsula)
NOTE: Last week was low at 11 bars
Temperature: not bad (mid 80s) – nice and cool in the shade
Clouds: Mostly Sunny with scattered clouds
Wind: variable, from 1-3 mph
Distance covered: 4 miles
I decided to go back to Marshall Lake to see the differences in the lake after Tropical Storm Beta. It was a nice day, and the little lake was hopping, but most of the activity was on shore.
Nature I observed included: little blue and green herons, a great egret, a female cardinal, a squirrel, frogs, fish, turtles, dragonflies, damselflies and Cub Scouts.
Like last week, I’ll just post some of my photos in chronological order
