There was no general membership meeting in December, as it was replaced by the club holiday party.
A note from the editor:
I would like to take this opportunity to give a big "thank you" to John Berlinghoff for his duties as club recorder. He has done a magnificent job of taking detailed notes of club board and general membership meetings, and transcribing them for the newsletter. In doing so, he has kept the membership informed, and made permanent records for the club history, as well as offering wise advice and ideas as a member of the board. I've enjoyed working with him for this monthly news article.
Tisha Matticks assumes these duties for the year 2013, and to her I give a hearty "welcome", and I look forward to working with her.
